Positive Case of COVID-19 at School – Update

Due to having a positive COVID-19 case at school, the following processes have been undertaken:

  1. All educators, non-educators and cleaning staff have been tested by the Department of Health.
  2. We have received an official notice to close school and for all staff members to be self-isolated for the next 14 days.
  3. The Department of Health has also informed us that all those learners who attended school on Monday, 8 June 2020 should be closely monitored. Should any learner who attended school on this day present any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, the parent can contact the School Governing Body who will then inform management and the Department of Health. Alternatively parents can choose to have their children tested privately, however the
    school must be informed of the child’s results.
  4. Parents of learners who present any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 may contact the following numbers should you want your child/ward to be tested by the Department of Health:
